Thomas Peter berät Klienten in allen Fragen des Gesellschafts- sowie des nationalen und internationalen Vertragsrechts.
Er betreut Transaktionen aus den Bereichen M&A, Private Equity und Venture Capital. Dabei vertritt dabei sowohl institutionelle Investoren und Käufer als auch Gründer von Start-ups und jungen Unternehmen, die er beim Aufbau und/oder Verkauf ihres Geschäfts betreut.
Darüber hinaus ist er in der Redaktion und Verhandlung von Kauf-, Vertriebs-, Agentur- und anderen kommerziellen Verträgen tätig.
Schliesslich berät er Klienten bei Fremdfinanzierungen. Er ist von der SIX Exchange Regulation anerkannter Vertreter für die Einreichung von Kotierungsgesuchen für Aktien und Anleihen.
Vor Schweizer Gerichten zugelassen seit 2000.
