Elisa Aliotta advises clients primarily in the field of intellectual property law, commercial and technology law, as well as general contract law and corporate law. She supports clients in drafting and reviewing contracts as well as trademark prosecution and licensing.

Elisa Aliotta represents clients in international arbitration proceedings and has acted as counsel in proceedings under the ICC Rules and Swiss Rules, involving particularly licensing/IP, joint ventures and other contractual disputes. She is also a Swiss court litigator and regularly appears as counsel in proceedings before various courts in Switzerland.

She is further co-head of the bratschiLAB, our innovation and start-up desk, and in this function regularly advises start-ups.
