CV
Marco Vedovatti is admitted to practice in Switzerland and Spain. He is particularly well positioned to advice in cross-border matters involving Spanish or Italian-speaking clients or jurisdictions.
His practice focuses on dispute resolution, in particular international sports and commercial arbitration, and related court proceedings. He represents clients before, among others, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the dispute resolution bodies of national and international sports federations in complex and high-stakes sports disputes, as well as before major arbitral institutions in commercial matters. He also represents clients in setting-aside proceedings of arbitral awards before the Swiss Supreme Court.
He regularly publishes and lectures in international sports arbitration in post-graduate programs in Spain and Latin America.

- Counsel to an athlete before the ad hoc Divison of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for the Beijing Olympic Games 2022, regarding a provisional suspension in an anti-doping matter. The suspension was successfully lifted
