Salihu Sami

Vita

Sami Salihu is part of the Firm’s Arbitration and Litigation Teams, specialising in international criminal and civil matters.

His main areas of practice are advising clients in Asset Recovery (including enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards), Commercial Contracts Law, Corporate Law (mergers, acquisitions and transfers) and White-Collar Crime. He also assists the Firm's clients in commercial, sports and investment arbitration, both on national and international scales.

Finally, he is active in banking matters, both in relation to private law questions and from a regulatory point of view.

Admitted to the Swiss Bar since 2023.
