Sandra De Vito Bieri has been working in the area of civil procedure and national and international arbitration, large scale disputes and investigations, alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediation), labor law and contract law for over 20 years. She mainly advises parties in financial,  energy, telecom, commodities and other industry areas in  disputes arising from M&A transactions, license and joint venture agreements, agency contracts, sales and purchase agreements, manufacturing as well as in the case of construction projects. She has taken part in more than 40 arbitration proceedings as chair, co- or sole arbitrator and counsel, primarily in ICC, Swiss Rules and ad hoc arbitration proceedings as well as in domestic arbitration and has supervised more than 30 arbitration proceedings in her role as member of the Court of Arbitration of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution.

Sandra De Vito Bieri has extensive experience representing clients in large-scale administrative and criminal investigations conducted by Swiss authorities and she serves as executor in major inheritance matters.
