The community of co-owners Neumarkt 5 St. Gallen, consisting of nine co-owners – including pension funds, real estate companies and private individuals – sold all co-ownership shares in the urban local shopping centre and office building «Neumarkt 5» in the heart of the city of St. Gallen to the real estate fund «Immobilienfonds Swisscanto (CH) REF Responsible Swiss Commercial».
