Bratschi Ltd. advised UBS Switzerland AG in connection with CHF 400 m credit facility for Sonova

Bratschi acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland as mandated lead arranger and agent for an international bank syndicate in connection with a Swiss law governed CHF 400 m term and revolving credit facility agreement with Sonova Holding AG and Sonova AG.
Sonova is a global leader in innovative hearing care solutions from personal audio devices and wireless communication systems to audiological care services, hearing aids and cochlear implants, headquartered in Stäfa, Switzerland.
The Bratschi team was led by Barbara Jecklin (Finance).
Bratschi AG Advises PSP Swiss Property on Hotel Project at the Löwenbräu Site in Zurich
PSP Swiss Property is planning the conversion of the «RED» office building at the Löwenbräu site in Zurich into a hotel with 173 rooms. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2028.
