Bratschi Ltd. has advised Avaris CX GmbH on the acquisition of Callpoint AG, including its subsidiary Tempobrain AG.
This transaction creates a leading customer experience service provider in the DACH region – a merger that combines technology, service, and people.
Bratschi acted as Swiss legal advisor Avaris . The team was led by Florian S. Jörg (Corporate/M&A) and further included Sascha Wohlgemuth (Tax) as well as additional team members.
