Bratschi advised the shareholders of officeatwork AG, a leading provider of productivity software solutions, on its acquisition by Omnidocs, a rapidly growing provider of document creation and automation software backed by Main Capital Partners.
Bratschi advised the sellers on all legal aspects of the transaction. The Bratschi team was led by Etienne Gard (Partner, M&A), and included Michael Barrot (Partner, Tax) and Damiano Gargiulo (Associate).
