Bratschi has advised the owners of dokspot GmbH, a leading provider of electronic Instructions for Use (eIFU) solutions for IVD and medical device manufacturers, on the sale of the company to Matrix One.
After more than a decade of successful growth in the MedTech and Life Sciences sectors, dokspot will join forces with Matrix One to further expand its global capabilities.
Matrix One, a portfolio company of Lauxera Capital Partners, focuses on accelerating digital transformation in healthcare and life sciences by offering cutting-edge solutions that support traceability, regulatory compliance, and process optimization across the entire device lifecycle.
Bratschi advised the sellers on all legal aspects of the transaction. The transaction was led by Etienne Gard (Partner, Corporate/M&A).
