Bratschi Ltd. advised UBS Switzerland AG on a secured financing for Swiss Physio Partner AG (SPP).
The loan will be used by the SPP Group to further expand its network of physiotherapy and healthcare centres in Switzerland.
The Bratschi team was led by Barbara Jecklin (Finance).
