HAS Healthcare Advanced Synthesis SA has acquired Chemholding due SA and its subsidiaries. The main operating company is Cerbios-Pharma SA.
With the completion of the transaction, two leading companies from the Canton of Ticino are joining forces to become a market and quality leader in the field of contract development and manufacturing (CDMO).
Bratschi acted as legal advisor to the seller side in this transaction. The team was led by Jvo Grundler (Partner, M&A) and included Claudia Walz (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Stephanie Caprani-Pontes (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
