2025 Deal Vorlage leer

Following extensive renovation by the Swiss Artisa Group AG, the listed building from the 19th century will reopen as a 5-star hotel operated by Arabella Hospitality SE under the Marriott Luxury Collection brand. The parties signed a long-term lease agreement in December 2024.

The hotel, which is steeped in history, will have 110 rooms and suites, two restaurants, a bar, a 4,000 square meter garden, a wellness and spa area as well as conference facilities and a ballroom ensemble.

Bratschi Ltd. supported and assisted the Artisa Group in these contract negotiations. The transaction was led by Ion Eglin.
