October 2018A motion is currently being drafted in the Cantonal Council urging the Governing Council of the canton to draw up a legal framework for the establishment of the Zurich International Commercial Court and then submit this to the Cantonal Council for approval. The working group consists of Martin Bernet (Chairman), > Sandra De Vito Bieri, Dieter Hofmann, Adrian Kammerer (Board representative of the Zurich Bar Association), Georg Naegeli, Peter Reichart and Thomas Werlen.> article (PDF in german)
