Bratschi Ltd. acted as tax and legal advisor to Kenan and Adnan Lisnjic, the owners of IPS Gebäudetechnik Ltd., on the sale of the company to bluu unit GmbH.
Founded in 2012, IPS Gebäudetechnik Ltd. is based in Bern. It is a leading provider of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology in the Bern region.
