We are pleased to announce that Janusz Marty was appointed as a partner of our law firm in Zurich as of 1 July 2025.
Janusz Marty specializes in corporate and contract law and advises founders, investors and companies on financing rounds, M&A transactions and strategic legal issues. With his extensive experience in national and cross-border financing transactions, he also advises banks, funds and companies on general bank loans, acquisition financing and asset financing.
