Dr. Jürg G. Schütz has more than 20 years of experience in legal practice as well as in construction and real estate law, and brings in-depth expertise in business law – particularly in contract, corporate, and procedural law. He advises clients on complex projects and transactions, supports them in developing amicable solutions, and asserts their rights before court.
As President of the Federal Valuation Commission, District 7 (Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft, Solothurn, and the German-speaking Jura), part-time judge in Basel-Stadt, and long-standing author in business and procedural law, he stands for solid legal expertise and practice-oriented counsel.
