Tobias Abt, specializing in construction law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, contract law, and litigation, strengthens our range of services at our Bern office. With his expertise, he advises and represents companies and private individuals both in an advisory capacity and before courts and authorities.
Curdin Käser, also based in Bern, reinforces the team in corporate, commercial, and real estate law. He advises companies and private individuals, among other things, on restructuring and governance matters, supports transactions as well as inheritance and succession planning, and also brings extensive experience in foundation and corporate law.
Benjamin Trachsel further strengthens our construction and real estate law team from Bern with his specialization in public construction, planning, and procurement law, as well as project development. He also represents and advises clients in private-law (construction-related) disputes and before public authorities.
From our Zurich office, Kerem Altay will strengthen the tax law practice and related practice groups as a partner. He advises on national and international tax and corporate law and supports companies and private individuals with restructurings, employee participation plans, (international) relocations, as well as capital markets and real estate matters.
PSP Swiss Property is planning the conversion of the «RED» office building at the Löwenbräu site in Zurich into a hotel with 173 rooms. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2028.
