Jurij Santschi studied law at the University of Fribourg and was subsequently admitted to the bar in the Canton of St.Gallen in 2016. Jurij Santschi not only has broad professional experience as a lawyer, but also worked for several years as a public prosecutor (and holds a CAS Forensic I). He advises and litigates extensively in (commercial-) criminal, labour and procedural law. He also represents defendants, claimants and victims in criminal proceedings. In addition he advises employees and employers in difficult labour law situations.
