Bratschi is delighted to support the «Switzerland: A Hub for International Arbitration» conference organized by the Georgetown International Arbitration Society and hosted at the Embassy of Switzerland in the USA on June 26, 2024.

Our Associate Sami Salihu, Member of our Arbitration Practice Group, recent LL.M graduate of Georgetown Law, and Professional Development Chair of GIAS, will moderate a panel on three key arbitration industries: Pharmaceuticals, Sports, Commodities.

Our Partner Marco Vedovatti, Co-Head of our Arbitration Practice Group, will discuss Sports Arbitration on the panel, a field in which he regularly publishes and lectures. Among others, he represents clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the dispute resolution bodies of national and international sports federations in complex and high-stakes sports disputes.
