Bratschi Ltd advises Hälg Building Services Group on the acquisition of Dober Ltd

February 2018Hälg Building Services Group, based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, has acquired the highly profitable Dober AG from its two owners Urs Grieder and Philipp Magni as part of an early succession arrangement. Based in Schlieren in the canton of Zurich, the company employs 40 people and has a turnover of around CHF 10 million.
