Hälg Building Services Group, St. Gallen, has acquired Meneo Energie Ltd., with its two locations in Marin-Epagnier (Neuchâtel) and La-Chaux-de-Fonds, a company operating in the area of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, sanitary installation and service. The purchase of Meneo Energie SA represents a further step in the profitable growth strategy of the Hälg Group.
