May 2018Bratschi Ltd. advised, together with other legal and financial advisors, Tata Industries Limited (TIL) on the sale of Tata Interactive Systems, TIL's enterprise e-Learning business, to MPS Limited (MPS). Through this acquisition, MPS will acquire Tata Interactive Systems India (a division of TIL), Tata Interactive Systems AG, and Tata Interactive Systems GmbH.
