Bratschi acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger and agent for an international bank syndicate in connection with a Swiss law governed USD 500 m term and revolving credit facilities agreement with Landis+Gyr Group AG and Landis+Gyr AG arranged by UBS Switzerland AG and syndicated among certain banks.
Landis+Gyr, headquartered in Cham, Switzerland, is a leading global provider of integrated energy management solutions with around 7,300 employees across five continents.
The Bratschi team was led by Barbara Jecklin (Finance).
