Bratschi Advises the Owners of Innov Group on the Sale to Infra Group

Bratschi Ltd. acted as legal advisors to the owners of Innov Group, a leading Swiss provider of integrated telecommunications and energy infrastructure services, on its sale to Infra Group. The Bratschi team was led by Etienne Gard (Partner, M&A).
Innov Group was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in western Switzerland. The company employs around 50 people in its subsidiaries, which are active in the planning, construction, and maintenance of telecommunications and energy networks.
Infra Group, backed by PAI Partners, ICG, and Andera Partners, is a multidisciplinary infrastructure services provider that designs, builds, and maintains underground and aboveground networks for major utility companies. The company employs over 5,000 people and operates across Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg, and now Switzerland.
Bratschi Advised Circet Europe SAS on the Acquisition of Technik Partner AG, the Swiss Market Leader in FTTH in-building Connections
With this acquisition, Circet is expanding its range of services in the field of telecommunications infrastructure in Switzerland. At the same time, it opens up access to adjacent markets such as smart infrastructure, the digitalisation of utility networks, smart metering and railway telecommunications. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Zurich, Technik Partner AG today is supported by more than 120 professionals across Switzerland through a combination of direct employees and dedicated subcontractor teams and connects more residential units to the fibre-optic network across Switzerland than any other provider.
Bratschi advised Circet on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Etienne Gard (Partner, M&A) and also included Damiano Gargiulo (Associate, M&A), Aline Sohm (Associate, M&A, Contract Law), Stephanie Caprani-Pontes (Associate, M&A, Contract Law), Kerem Altay (Partner, Tax) and Rico Dufner (Associate, Tax).
