Bratschi Ltd. acted as legal advisors to the owners of Innov Group, a leading Swiss provider of integrated telecommunications and energy infrastructure services, on its sale to Infra Group. The Bratschi team was led by Etienne Gard (Partner, M&A).
Innov Group was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in western Switzerland. The company employs around 50 people in its subsidiaries, which are active in the planning, construction, and maintenance of telecommunications and energy networks.
Infra Group, backed by PAI Partners, ICG, and Andera Partners, is a multidisciplinary infrastructure services provider that designs, builds, and maintains underground and aboveground networks for major utility companies. The company employs over 5,000 people and operates across Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg, and now Switzerland.
