Bratschi advises the Viking Cruise Group with regard to the issue of a USD 150 million offering of Unsecured Notes
08. November 2021The Viking Cruise Group issued USD 150,000,000 7.000% Senior Unsecured Notes as an add-on to the USD 350 million offering of February 2021. Viking, one of the world’s leading providers of destination-focused travel experiences, is the largest operator of river cruises in Europe, Russia and China, for North American passengers, and offers ocean, lake and river cruises worldwide.
Bratschi acted as Swiss legal advisor to Viking in this transaction. The team included Thomas Peter (lead), Barbara Jecklin (corporate and finance) as well as Michael A. Barrot (tax). Further, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom acted as lead counsel to the issuer.
