The start of construction of the heating plant for the Leukerbad district heating network marks an important milestone for the future energy supply of the region. By 2030, a modern district heating network with an investment volume of approximately CHF 24 million will be developed in Leukerbad.
With this district heating network, Leukerbad is making an important contribution to a sustainable and future-oriented energy supply for the region.
Bratschi advised and supported IMION AG, the operator of the district heating network, in the drafting of customer agreements and connection terms. The focus was on legally sound, balanced and practical contractual solutions that adequately reflect the long-term investments and interests of both the operator and the connected customers.
