Cognita acquires FOUR-FOREST
21. December 2023Cognita, a leading global private school group, has acquired the Swiss-based FOUR-FOREST Group. The FOUR-FOREST Group is an international, bilingual school that teaches over 300 children and students from kindergarten to secondary school level at locations in Lucerne and Zug.
Bratschi acted as legal advisor to the vendors. The team was led by Martin Moser (Partner M&A) and consisted of Curdin Käser (M&A) and Bruno Rieder (Tax).
