Bratschi advised the shareholders of Mental Capital, a Lucerne-based asset manager, in relation to its acquisition by Colombo Wealth.
Mental Capital has been operating as an independent asset manager in Switzerland since 2009. It focuses on clients in the Greek market with independent wealth management solutions. Colombo Wealth will gradually integrate Mental Capital's employees and clients into the company. The merger will create synergies in market development, lead to market growth and strengthen expertise in investment management.
