Due to rescheduling at short notice by the Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF) of his commitment to act as commentator at the semi-final second leg of the UEFA Champions League in Madrid, our keynote speaker, Oliver Kahn, was unfortunately unable to appear at our event in Zurich. Nevertheless, we were able to engage a no less successful and competent speaker at short notice.Roland Gäbler is an Olympic bronze medal winner, ten-time world and fifteen-time European champion in the Tornado and Laser classes of sailing. He has participated in a total of five Olympic Games, and on his initiative, the Tornado discipline was again added to the Olympic repertoire. His likeable and authentic appearance went down well with our audience and he captured the guests' imagination with his talk on the subject of «High-Performance-Team-Work». Video sequences from the legendary 34th America's Cup underlined his eloquent presentation visually.The subsequent panel discussion with Wanda Eriksen, member of the board of directors of AXA Winterthur, Arnold AG, Aquila & Co.
