GLB acquires Atmoshaus
23. June 2021GLB Genossenschaft, a leading corporate group in the construction sector, acquired the Atmoshaus Group as part of a succession solution. Bratschi supported GLB in the context of tax and legal due diligence as well as in the entire acquisition process.
