GLB acquires Atmoshaus
23. June 2021GLB Genossenschaft, a leading corporate group in the construction sector, acquired the Atmoshaus Group as part of a succession solution. Bratschi supported GLB in the context of tax and legal due diligence as well as in the entire acquisition process.
The Bratschi team included Martin Moser (lead and Corporate), Niklaus Hutzli and Valerie Brupbacher (both Corporate), as well as Bruno Rieder and Nicola Corvi (both tax).
