Markus Aeschbacher strengthens Bratschi Ltd‘s construction and real estate law practice

We are very pleased to welcome Markus Aeschbacher as a new partner of Bratschi Ltd with effect from 1 October 2020.

Markus Aeschbacher has long-standing consultancy and litigation experience in the feld of construction and real estate law, with a focus on real estate transactions, construction and planning contracts, turnkey and general contractor agreements, commercial tenancy law as well as plant engineering and construction. His national and international clients predominantly include property developers, investors, real estate companies and major construction companies. Markus Aeschbacher will be jointly heading up the Construction, Real Estate and Hotels Industry Group at Bratschi Ltd.

Markus Aeschbacher studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and was admitted to the bar in 2002. In 2005/2006 he graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. After obtaining his Certifcate of Advanced Studies in Construction and Real Estate Law at the University of Freiburg, Switzerland, he was certifed by the Swiss Bar Association as a Specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law in 2013. Prior to joining Bratschi Ltd, Markus Aeschbacher was a partner in a renowned Zurich business law frm.
