We are pleased to announce that Philipp Stamm has been appointed as a partner of our firm in Zug, effective 1 May 2025.
Philipp Stamm advises national and international companies in various areas of business law. His main focus lies in corporate and contract law. He also specializes in intellectual property, IT, media and communications law, as well as data protection, competition, and antitrust law.
With many years of experience as General Counsel and Compliance Officer in companies within the digital and online industry, he has first-hand knowledge of the legal and compliance challenges faced by medium-sized enterprises.
