RBA-Holding AG, a common organization of 37 Swiss regional banks, and Berner Kantonalbank AG have sold Entris Operations AG to Swisscom IT Services AG. Entris Operations was jointly owned by RBA-Holding and BEKB. It primarily processes payment transactions and securities trading for around 50 banks. The transaction shall be closed by the end of June. Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob (BWB) acted as legal counsel for RBA-Holding AG in this transaction.
