March 2018After successfully completing the CAS Construction and Real Estate Law course at the University of Fribourg and passing a specialist interview, the attorney Benedikt Fässler acquired the title of SBA Specialist Barrister for Construction and Real Estate Law. By successfully completing this in-service training course, Benedikt Fässler has further enhanced his expertise in his specialist areas. He advises and represents clients before courts and authorities, especially in the areas of construction and real estate law (both private and public) and tenancy law.
