Revier Hospitality Group will take over the operations of the former Hotel AVES Arosa as of 1 November 2026.
The hotel, previously operating under the name «Aves Homebase Arosa», opened in December 2022 and comprises 87 hotel rooms, 11 serviced tourist apartments, as well as extensive facilities including a restaurant, bar, lounge, seminar room, outdoor terrace, spa area, and underground parking.
Bratschi has advised the developers and owners of the Aves Hotel since the beginning of the project over several years, from the construction works, the management contract, in operational matters up to the actual sale of the hotel business. The firm’s work covered all contractual and transactional aspects related to the project development and the transfer of operations. The mandate was led by Ion Eglin.

Bratschi AG has advised BIL on a mortgage-backed credit facility in the double-digit millions for a real estate investment company. The purpose of the loan is to finance property development projects in Switzerland.
