RIMC Schweiz Hotels & Resorts Ltd, a hotel development company and hotel operater, has signed a long-term lease agreement with the owners of a new hotel in Rapperswil-Jona and a franchise agreement with Marriott International. The opening of the hotel with 86 rooms is planned for autumn 2020. It will be operated under the trendy brand «MOXY» from Marriott International and will be the first MOXY hotel in the greater Zurich area. Bratschi Ltd has assisted and advised RIMC Schweiz Hotels & Resorts Ltd during the negotiations and for the agreements. The mandate was carried out by > Ion Eglin.
