> Stefan Rieder, Dr. iur. HSG, LL.M., attorney at law, has successfully completed his training as a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law. He advises companies as well as private individuals and litigates in all questions of labour law and public personnel law. His activities focus in particular on disputes under termination law, drafting of termination agreements, drafting employment contracts and regulations, drafting bonus plans, bonus disputes, personnel leasing, international employee assignments and restructuring. He also advises companies on the design of compliance management and whistle-blowing systems and conducts internal investigations. Stefan Rieder is also active in social security law, company law (incl. VegüV and transactions) and general contract law.
