Succession - planning, execution and legal enforcement
When providing legal advice in inheritance matters, our primary focus is on conflict avoidance. Our approach is the holistic planning and implementation of viable succession solutions so that inheritance disputes do not arise. We assist in estate planning and probate, including execution of wills, representation of heirs and administration of estates, as well as in all matters of inheritance law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, in particular with regard to precautionary measures, inheritance division, invalidity and abatement actions. Thanks to our own notary's offices, we are able to publicly certify living wills, last wills and testaments, prenuptial agreements, contracts of inheritance etc.
An important area is the succession planning for companies with a focus on family and inheritance law consequences. Here, we support both companies and individuals with practical solutions in planning and implementation - for example, in the establishment of foundations and trusts.
