Sami Salihu advises entrepreneurs, businesses, private investors and family offices on Swiss and cross-border business, investment and real estate matters.

His practice focuses on structuring, acquisitions, financing, commercial contracts and broader strategic issues arising at different stages of business and investment activities. It includes corporate and transactional matters, debt and equity financing, contract negotiation and implementation, as well as ongoing business advice.

He also assists clients with asset recovery, enforcement and sensitive contentious matters, including white-collar crime, as well as commercial, investment and sports arbitration.
