Christian Stambach advises on corporate transactions and supports corporate legal services in contract negotiations, transactions and projects as well as in matters of corporate governance and compliance. As an active board member and former corporate general counsel Christian Stambach knows the needs of companies and entrepreneurs and supports them with pragmatic and efficient solutions in their legal affairs.
