Competition and Antitrust Law
We advise both domestic and international clients on issues related to fair competition and antitrust law, assisting in risk assessment and compliance, including providing training in these areas.
We also represent clients in antitrust investigations and merger control proceedings before the Competition Commission. Antitrust risks include potential horizontal agreements (such as price or territory agreements, purchasing cooperatives) or vertical agreements (such as resale prices, territory allocations), as well as the abuse of a dominant market position or relative market power (such as discrimination, tying, or foreign sourcing restrictions).
Our specialized experts also provide guidance on sector-specific regulatory matters (e.g. telecommunications, energy).
