Dr. Christian Wind advises organizations where compliance truly matters: at the intersection of legal requirements, business realities, and leadership responsibility.
As a Partner at Bratschi AG, he brings together a unique combination in Switzerland: more than 17 years of experience in leading multinational corporations - Revisuisse/Price Waterhouse, Roche, Holcim, and Hilti - combined with partner-level legal and consulting expertise at Bratschi since 2011, as well as academic teaching at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), the University of Zurich (UZH), and HWZ. Since 2023, he has served as Program Director of the CAS Compliance Management at the Executive School of the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
With the Compliance Cube, he has developed a proprietary framework comprising 43 elements across six dimensions - intuitive, visually compelling, field-tested, and unmatched in the Swiss compliance landscape. It enables organizations to accurately assess the maturity of their compliance management system and drive targeted improvements. The model is used by startups, SMEs, multinational corporations, industry associations, and public sector organizations.
He understands the decisions executives and boards of directors make every day - and delivers compliance advice that works in practice.
