We support and advise clients in internal corporate investigations, particularly where violations of domestic and foreign supervisory laws, or accusations regarding infringements of domestic and foreign anti-corruption provisions, antitrust and competition law, tax law, criminal law and data protection are concerned.

Erleichterte EU-Regulierungen im Nachhaltigkeits-Bereich
In den letzten Monaten ist die Kritik an der intensiven Regulierungstätigkeit in der EU gestiegen, was die EU-Organe veranlasst hat, für Unternehmen gewisse Erleichterungen in verschiedenen Marktbereichen in Betracht zu ziehen. Im Vordergrund stehen die Digitalwirtschaft und die ESG/Nachhaltigkeits-Rechtsakte. Mit Bezug auf die Digitalwirtschaft (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung, Daten-Verordnung und KI-Verordnung) liegen erste Überlegungen zu deren Anpassung vor. Zu Ende beraten und verabschiedet haben die EU-Organe am 16. Dezember 2025 hingegen das sog. «Omnibus»-Paket betreffend die Richtlinie zur Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung durch Unternehmen (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, CSRD) und die EU-Lieferketten-Richtlinie für Unternehmen (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, CSDDD).
