Ivo Hungerbühler regularly advises clients in complex litigation matters (including inheritance disputes) and represents them before civil and arbitration courts, regulatory and criminal authorities as well as in internal investigations. He represents clients in parallel proceedings (e.g. civil and criminal proceedings) or coordinates such parallel proceedings (e.g. in Switzerland and abroad).

Ivo Hungerbühler advises clients in contract negotiations and contract drafting. In particular, he has extensive experience and specialized knowledge in the areas of contract law, employment law, corporate governance and financial services.
