Reto Arpagaus advises Swiss and international companies, entrepreneurs, and private individuals on contract drafting and review, as well as on corporate transactions (M&A, PE, VC). He also supports clients on internal and regulatory investigations, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
He represents clients before state courts, arbitral tribunals, and administrative authorities. Reto Arpagaus has in-depth experience and expertise across various sectors, including financial services, industry, telecommunications, energy, IT, and sports. He also serves as an active board member of several companies operating in these industries. In addition to his legal practice, he publishes regularly and lectures on his areas of specialization.
With nearly 20 years of experience as an escrow agent, Reto Arpagaus has overseen a diverse array of transactions. These include corporate acquisitions, the purchase and sale of raw materials and high-value assets, IT source code transfers, real estate transactions, and more.
