Stephanie Caprani advises companies and private individuals in all matters regarding corporate law and general contract law, in M&A transactions as well as on capital and financial market law.
She also has experience in providing legal advice to small and middle sized business and start-ups, in particular with regard to financing rounds, employee participation plans and other employment law matters, and has supported and implemented major restructurings.
Stephanie Caprani completed her law degree at the University of Zurich in 2015 and thereafter worked as a compliance officer at a Swiss private bank. She then joined a leading business law firm in Zurich to complete her legal internship. After being admitted to the Swiss Bar, Stephanie Caprani worked as a Corporate Legal Counsel in another Swiss and subsequently joined Bratschi as an attorney-at-law.
