Bratschi Advises the Sellers of the SERTO Group on the Disposal of a Majority Stake to EGSB
23. January 2024EGS Beteiligungen Ltd. (EGSB), a long-term oriented investment company of the Ernst Göhner Stiftung Zug, acquired a majority stake in the SERTO Group, a specialist in the field of tube fittings and pipe connection components. The management of the SERTO Group remains invested.
Bratschi acts as legal advisor to the sellers and the management in this transaction. The team of Bratschi was led by Jvo Grundler (M&A) and Roland Böhi (Tax) and included Claudia Walz, Stephanie Caprani-Pontes and Jon Loffing (all M&A) as well Kerem Altay und Florian Büchler (both Tax).
