Stephanie Caprani advises companies and private individuals in all matters regarding corporate law and general contract law, in M&A and venture capital transactions, restructurings as well as questions on capital and financial market law. She also has experience in providing legal advice to small and middle-sized business and start-ups, in particular with regard to financing rounds and employee participation plans and supports clients with corporate housekeeping. 

Stephanie Caprani completed her law degree at the University of Zurich in 2015 and thereafter worked as a compliance officer at a Swiss private bank. She then joined a leading business law firm in Zurich to complete her legal internship. After being admitted to the Swiss Bar, Stephanie Caprani worked as a Corporate Legal Counsel at another Swiss bank and subsequently joined Bratschi as an attorney-at-law.
