Bratschi Ltd. advises owners of Hälg Group on the Sale and Lease Back of «Gallus» industrial site
28. April 2022The brothers Roger and Marcel Baumer, entrepreneurs and owners of the Hälg Group, St.Gallen, have acquired from Gallus Ferd. Rüesch Ltd. its 20,000 m2 industrial site in St.Gallen. The seller remains the long-term anchor tenant of an area of approx. 30% of the site, while Roger and Marcel Bamer intend to develop the remaining 70% of the site.
